The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Accounts & Data

• Your financial data is stored locally on your device
• FlyerMoney is designed with a privacy-first approach
• Your financial information is not uploaded to our servers
• We do not have access to your personal financial data
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, factory reset, or other circumstances

If a cloud backup feature is introduced in a future version, your data will only be uploaded with your explicit consent.

4. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
• Sublicense, sell, or rent the App to third parties

• The results from using the App will be accurate
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
