Effective October 18, 2026 ยท Version 1.0
Privacy Policy
How Thousand31 handles information across our websites, tools, games and plugin.
The short version
Your files stay in your browser, and your game scores stay on your device. We use Google Analytics, and FlyerUtility shows Google ads. We do not sell your personal information. FlyerMoney has its own policy.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Thousand31 Technologies (“Thousand31,” “we,” “us”) builds Flyerimage, FlyerMoney, FlyerUtility and FlyerGames. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and what choices you have when you use:
- thousand31.com, our company website
- FlyerUtility at flyerutility.com, our free PDF tools, calculators and converters
- FlyerGames at games.flyerutility.com, our free browser games
- Flyerimage, our WordPress popup plugin
FlyerMoney, our Android expense tracker, has its own FlyerMoney Privacy Policy. For the app, that policy applies.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address and message. The form software may also record technical details with your message, such as your IP address and browser.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics on our websites. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device, browser and operating system.
- Advertising. FlyerUtility shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
- Popups on thousand31.com. We run Flyerimage on our own website. It records popup views, clicks and closes together with the visitor’s IP address, device, browser and the page address.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps routine technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the websites.
3. Your files and game data stay on your device
FlyerUtility
FlyerUtility tools process files in your browser. Your PDFs and other files are not uploaded to our servers. Some tools load code libraries from content delivery networks such as cdnjs and jsDelivr. Those services can see that your browser requested the library, but they do not receive your files.
FlyerGames
FlyerGames saves things like your game setup and your best scores in your browser’s local storage, on your own device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
4. Flyerimage for site owners
Flyerimage runs on the site where you install it. Popup submissions, views and clicks are stored on that site’s own WordPress database, not on our servers, and the site owner decides what to collect and is responsible for that data and for telling their visitors. If you use Flyerimage’s embed tag on another website, the script and campaign data load from your own WordPress site, not from us.
Flyerimage contacts Lemon Squeezy only if a site administrator chooses to activate or deactivate a licence key. In that case it sends the licence key and site name (or the instance ID when deactivating), as described in the plugin’s WordPress.org listing. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. On our websites they are used mainly by Google:
- Google Analytics sets cookies (for example names starting with
_ga) to tell visits and visitors apart and to measure how the sites are used. - Google AdSense (FlyerUtility) uses cookies to show and measure ads, which may include ads based on your interests.
You can control these in several ways:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Manage ad personalisation at Google My Ad Center, or learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
On thousand31.com, a cookie banner asks for your permission before analytics cookies are set. You can accept or deny, and change your choice at any time with the “Manage consent” button that stays on the page. If you deny, Google Analytics does not set its cookies for your visit. Our other sites, flyerutility.com and games.flyerutility.com, do not have this banner yet.
Blocking some cookies will not stop the tools or games from working.
6. How we use information
- To answer your messages and give support.
- To run, secure and improve our websites, tools, games and plugin.
- To understand which pages and tools are used, so we can decide what to improve.
- To show ads on FlyerUtility, which helps keep the tools free.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Who we share information with
We use service providers who process information for us or on their own behalf as described in their policies:
- Hostinger, for website hosting, content delivery and related services.
- Google, for Google Analytics (thousand31.com, FlyerUtility and FlyerGames), Google AdSense (FlyerUtility) and Google Fonts (FlyerUtility and FlyerGames). These load on those pages and receive your IP address and browser details when they do. thousand31.com serves its own fonts and does not load Google Fonts.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, which deliver code libraries used by some FlyerUtility tools.
- Lemon Squeezy, for optional Flyerimage licence activation.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
8. How long we keep information
We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of your request. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account. Data stored on your own device stays there until you clear it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing support@thousand31.com. Depending on where you live, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent you gave. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Some FlyerGames games, such as Jonaki, are made to be enjoyable for families and young players. We do not ask anyone to create an account or to give us personal information in order to play, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Like our other sites, FlyerGames uses Google Analytics to measure how its pages are used, as described above. Parents and guardians who have questions or want information removed can contact us and we will help.
11. Security and international transfers
Our websites use HTTPS, and we choose reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our providers, including Google and Hostinger, may process information in countries other than your own.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages link to other sites and stores, such as Google Play and WordPress.org. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For significant changes we will make that clear on this page.
